I never would have imagined coconut and rhubarb together, but the second I started thinking about the combination my mouth started watering   that&#039;s a good sign, if ever! And thank you for a nut-free and gluten-free option   I can eat gluten but I&#039;m allergic to nuts and always have a really hard time coming up with fun new dessert recipes when we host our celiac friends.</description>
