		<description>I made your soup today.  It&#039;s really yummy and filling.  I used some bacon fat to sautee the onion and garlic, added a big splash of white wine for acid, some fresh parsely, Parmesan cheese and put a crouton in it.  My family who insists they hate Brussels sprouts loved it and so did I!  I never would have thought to puree much of the soup.  Great texture without getting really rich.  What a fantastic idea!</description>
