		<description>i am going to try this with salt cod and hopefully the firm fish texture will work out fine - we do not eat potatoes so i am going to blend one or two carrots with the cauliflower

this is a lovely recipe - i have some dried chinese mushrooms which i will soak and use whole

i am going to surprise all at home tomorrow and also serve with rice on the side - sounds sublime - great recipe idea - keep them coming - Rita</description>
