		<description>It&#039;s so interesting, the differences in cultures - what one eats, another throws in the trash. No surprise Americans are wasteful! Well, this dish looks so delicious  and very lush. Quite a treat indeed!! I recently made a mornay sauce for the first time and it turned out well, so I think I have the nerve to try this sauce. And as always, your photographs are beautiful.</description>
