How hilarious, crises de fou rire, so that's the name for what my best friend and I always had in school! We went to Catholic school, and we would have these crises in religion class and church always, and then get kicked out (we were glad to be kicked out anyway!) Once you start laughing you can't stop - feels great. Love the book, and love the cake! How cool that you made it with no measurements ... So "beer yeast" would be the same thing as "brewer's yeast," I think? This is the funniest post, I love it!
