		<description>Another winner.  The saush &amp; leeks, two of my favorite ingredients.  I think the yogurt adds a nice touch.

The roquefort tartine is brilliant.  I would love to try one!

		<description>I&#039;ve started using leeks more and more because they are so tasty, especially in potato soup. I fell in love with crème fraîche this year and also try and add it to many dishes, even mixed with herbs and used as a dipping sauce. I still think your photo looks amazing and makes the food very appetizing!</description>
