Thanks for the recipe for savory Madeleines. The story of how they were named is great. I have a tea for our church ladies every spring. My son got a Madeleine pan for Mother’s day last year and I love it. This year I am going to make savory Zucchini and Cheese Madeleines. Doing it early and freezing them.
