		<description>I adore root vegetable soup for the same reasons you cited. This is a very informative post, I didn&#039;t know that rutabaga was a hybrid of parsnip and cabbage. I&#039;m sure the tarragon added a nice flavor.</description>

		<description>This sounds very comforting, perfect after a little illness or cold. I love turnips but have never had turnip chips...they sound delicious. Have you tried taro chips? Those are great too.
