		<description>Sumac sounds very interesting to use. Great color and I&#039;m sure the flavor is fantastic. Actually, I&#039;ve probably had it before, but didn&#039;t realize that was the flavor! This is a good reminder to just sample spices sometimes, just so I know what they do for a dish.</description>
