		<description>I have made this brioche twice now using your recipe, except I substitute almond milk for regular milk.  My dough was incredibly sticky through the entire process, so I wonder if it had something to do with the almond milk.  It was delicious!!</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a really beautiful bread, so nice and fluffy. We just made challah bread in class, it&#039;s a similar concept I think - the preferment, the egg, a bit of sugar. I just love it for breakfast, it&#039;s great.</description>
