		<description>At the very most...I must have ordered  buckwheat crepes in bistros not more than twice in my life.  From memory...it always felt too textured and heavy...hence was never impressed enough to try my own.  After having read your post...you just may have conveinced to have a go at it myself ;o)
I may not always have fresh tarragon but I do have dried french tarragon all the time...part of my top 5.
