I just discovered your blog via FoodBuzz. Love the idea of combining peach, apricot and lavender in a yogurt. I can't wait to try this. Thank you, and great pictures. The last shot is of the vieux port in Marseille. Beautiful city near and dear to my heart!

The yogurt looks great and the pictures of Provence are beautiful--just like the author. My guess was Menton but I'm not confident.

Your pictures are making me excited for my September trip to France, though!

You are right that this yogurt is a quintessence of summer tastes from Provence...thanks for the yogurt recipe (I have never made it at home). I was in Provence 4 years ago - we were traveling from St Tropez through Luberon to Marseille (and the last pictures is from Marseille, I think). I would love to have the possibility to move there even for a few months - to learn more about the region and the food.
Nice pictures !
Take care :)

Ah it brings back memories of my trip to Provence more then a decade ago. And I also associate lavender with Provence. I recently made one of my fave ice cream with lavender.

Love the yogurt. I do not have a yogurt maker. How about I get a nice rich plain one and add the fruit and lavender and let it infuse? Will I be shot?

Marseilles!
