What a lovely balance of flavours! You are such a master at it Silvia! I love the look of the bouchees! I have never tried baking with all those exotic flours but you make me want to run out and buy them all, then go home and make these!!

Yes, apparently you are crazy about peaches. Here, unfortunately, they are still not very tasty (although imported from Spain, Greece or other souther countries)….In particular, this mixture of rosemary and peach is appealing to me (I like a lot rosemary with summer fruits in sauces, dressings and so on).

I love peaches, Silvia, and can certainly think of worse ways to die! These muffins look so moist, and I love the use of both rosemary and cayenne-sounds devilishly delicious!

Death by peaches would be a new one, but it looks like you are on the right track with those recipes…wow….that peach soup looks so very very good! and I love those bouchees, the peach topping is just brilliant!

There is quite a bit of cayenne in the peach syrup~nice! They look so moist and full of flavor.
