I used to like cinnamon back in Europe but I started rejecting it here, where I still believe it&#039;s over-used and over-consumed. I came to terms with it when I started to bake everything from scratch and hence to decide how much of it to use. These raisin bread looks delicious and I&#039;m sure I would love it with cinnamon too :)</description>
