Love the combination—one of those that are unexpected but yet clearly 'right'. I love smoked fish (salmon, trout, whiting, whatever… and I guess I was a strange kid because lentils were my favorite. Pasta e lenticchie was my very favorite pasta dish and I used to beg my grandmother to make it for me. (And I liked spinach, too, in fact if it had lots of cream in it!)
