		<description>I needed a super quick dinner so I made this dish, albeit with a few substitutions (more than a few?): ham for bacon, onion for shallots, feta cheese for creme fraiche and sea salt instead of truffle salt. Probably not as delectable and creamy as your version, but still good! Thanks for the inspiration!</description>
